The latest report from the Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR) gave a very positive look at the recent increase in closed sales in February for the entire Collier County and Naples area, not including Marco Island. This report even broke down the sales by different areas, such as North Naples, Naples Beach, Central Naples, etc. In order to get a little more defined look, there are now numbers by ZIP code. The North Naples area as defined by NABOR includes the 34109, 34110 and 34119 ZIP codes. The 34110 code, which includes such communities as Mediterra, Audubon, Pelican Strand, Dunes, Imperial Golf Estates, Delasol, Carlton Lakes, and Glen Eden to name a few, had 53 closed sales in the month of February, 2010.
